Armed Forces Awareness Training – Join Us

Could your team benefit from better understanding and supporting the Armed Forces community?

Our Armed Forces Awareness Lunch & Learn sessions are designed to equip professionals, organisations and services with the insight they need to offer informed, inclusive support.

From Family Hubs to local authorities, these sessions are creating real impact, bridging the knowledge gap and encouraging meaningful change across sectors.

Delivered by the lived-experience-led team at Armed Forces HQ CIC, our interactive training includes an overview of the Armed Forces Covenant, insight into military culture and transition, and the unique challenges that veterans and their families may face.

Whether you’re a frontline worker, policy maker, or service provider, this session will leave you better equipped to support Armed Forces-connected individuals, in ways that matter.

What’s Covered

  • The structure and lifestyle of service families
  • Transition from military to civilian life
