Supporting you in your next step
Leaving the Armed Forces can bring big changes, and with them, big questions. Whether you’re exploring a new career path, returning to education, or looking to retrain, it can be difficult to know where to begin. At Armed Forces Community HQ, we’re here to guide you through the process and ensure you never feel like you’re doing it alone.
Working one-to-one with one of our Wellbeing Navigators or Peer Mentors, you’ll receive personalised support to explore your goals, identify your strengths, and build your confidence. Together, we’ll help you create a pathway that feels right for you — whether that’s learning a new skill, gaining a qualification, or finding meaningful employment.
We also work closely with trusted partners including the Department for Work & Pensions (DWP), Further and Higher Education providers, and leading Armed Forces employment charities. Through these collaborations, we’ll help you access training opportunities, employment advice, and the networks you need to succeed.
